What is the quality of the print?
All shirts will be direct to garment printed with the ability to print all colors and oversized prints.
We own multiple, state of the art, industrial speed digital printing machines called the M&R Polaris that deliver the absolute best retail quality print every time at lightning fast speeds.
We are able to both pre-treat and flash the garment as it goes through multiple stations on a carousel. This allows the color to not only be vibrant, but durable on both white and colored garments.
This is what separates us from the rest.
When will I receive my shirt?
All orders are guaranteed to be produced and shipped within 2 business days (except during holiday or peak seasons).
Any order after 11am will be considered next business day.
For example, an order placed on monday 2pm will be considered as a Tuesday order that ships at the latest by Thursday.
Please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Best art specifications?
Use this simple checklist to ensure the best quality outcome.
- All artwork should be print-ready in png format with a transparent background.
- 300 dpi resolution is suggested for high-quality prints.
- Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent (we will not remove the background for you).
- Designs will be printed the way they were sent.
- We suggest trimming empty space to the end of the design.
Max print size is 14 wide x 18 long
Refunds & Return Policy?
Due to customization in the service we offer, we are unable to offer refunds, however we accept refunds for items that are incorrect or faulty.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.
Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Any other information that will support the claim

To use a design, you must have full rights to it. If you are unsure, please confirm your ownership or obtain permission from the copyright holder.
By uploading a design to our customizer, customers agree to the following terms:
- I have the commercial rights to reproduce the artwork.
- If the legal owner of the artwork contacts Optimus Prints, they will be referred to me, and I will be responsible for all related risks.
- I understand that unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted content is a serious offense and may result in penalties.
