Due to the nature of the service we offer, we are unable to offer refunds, however, we accept refunds for items that are incorrect or faulty.

If you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.

Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
